This would benefit everyone! If a building doesn't open to staff until 7am, you cannot have a meeting start at 7am. Blocking the time on the calendar adds one more listing/event to a calendar that is already overwhelmed with events. It would be easier to be able to control the start/stop times per site or space (which would be better). It would be great if the feature could be a selection: Permanently, one-time (date), recurring (dates), etc.
