Custodial Staff Must See Additional Charges

This would greatly increase communication between departments if the custodians could login and see the fees or if the fees can be added to the daily report. (Even better would be a way to toggle on/off the details we can see on the reports, but that is another idea.)

I added "View Requests" to their roles but none of the fees are viewable by them. We really need this feature now as we are getting busier everyday and they have no idea how many custodial hours I put on the request.
