It would be great to be able to email the entire request as needed.
Reasons: I need to send a finalized request (approved or denied) to someone that did not get the email due to site approver error or some other reason that the facility use is saying they did not get the email. Also, I need to forward the entire request (any status) when I have specific questions for our staff. I used this feature a lot in the previous online program we used.
Not sure where to place an “Email Request(s)” button to click, maybe the bottom of the occurrences list? It could be in BLUE or maybe a little envelope shape?
