It would be useful to be able to have a blocked date run on more than one calendar day. For example, if overnight maintenance needs to run from 5 PM-2 AM the following day, you currently have to enter this as 2 blocked dates rather than being able to have it all under 1 entry.
Even if there was an added field for "Start Date" and another field for "End Date", this would be helpful if there are things like construction or other maintenance issues that will need to have entire campuses blocked for multiple days at a time.
