PTA Enrichment Coordinator makes reservations on behalf of vendors

There are many PTA/PTOs that run before and after school programs, working with multiple other groups and companies (vendors). It would be useful for the PTO to be able to submit requests on behalf of the vendors.

This would be more fair for the vendors and efficient for the PTA/PTO.

I talked to John Hughes, and as I understand it, there is a "reserve on behalf of" feature, but this feature is too broad and would allow everyone to reserve on behalf of anyone in the system.

Is there a way to allow a PTA/PTO to reserve on behalf of a smaller subset of vendors that they work with?
