I need to be able to have our clients pay a custom amount as a deposit for some of our larger vnues. 50% isn't neccesary and is a large sum for the big venues, which is not required. I would like to see the ability for the client to select "Custom Amount" from the drop down and and be able to enter the amount to be processed.
Thank you for this idea submission. Allowing for custom payment amounts could offer a lot of flexibility and it sounds like it could save a fair amount of overhead burden.
Perhaps this makes sense to have it on the individual space level rather than it being in the invoice setup page. That way you can customize the deposit amounts per space(venue) if there is enough deposit variation between the spaces.
Paying for the event in full at the time of requisting the event. If we can have the percentage changed to 100% this would save time and manpower using ML. We want to make it a fix price that covers everything in the rental. This way they pay 100 % before it is approved and we do not have to worry about sending out another invoice after the event.
