I can be assured the group user has seen the estimates and know fees shouldn't come as a surprise to them. When I view the event it says "estimate was sent" but I don't have any confirmation of the email address it was sent to and it is not showing under email history.

Additionally, I would like to be able to save the estimates, so I can turn them into invoices later. I'm having issues with groups not knowing what the costs are for them using the school facilities. My plan is to send them an invoice for their entire permit after I approved it. Then it can stay there as an estimate... I will need to be able to convert the whole thing or just part of it, since I invoice monthly.
An example: I have estimate #389, it's for 6 months of field use with restrooms. I take the first month of dates and send it off as an invoice. The remaining 5 months are still on the estimate and each month I can invoice the group. This is just one example of how I would use this feature.

Literally, today, I had a need to view the estimates I sent to someone. Luckily I saved one as a pdf for reference. MLS should let them pile up like invoices and then let us be able to delete them when we know we don't need them anymore.
Maybe it could be a tab on the "Manage Group" page, then we can just go to that group to find it.
