It would be very useful for the system admin to be able to delete external notes that have been added by other elevated users. In my short time with ML Schedules, I have been dealing with a coworker who finds it necessary to reply to the email requesting her approval (yes, despite many requests not to do so), which adds a note to the event record that then is visible to the requestor and included in all other communications about that event moving forward. This is a problem when incorrect information is given in that reply/note, questions are asked or information shared that does not or should not be seen by the requestor, and also visually adds a clutter of text from email formatting. I'm sure there are plenty of other reasons this would be useful from a system administrator point of view.
