Set thresholds to automatically block new facility requests once set number of events per location is reached

In ML Schedules, can we set up thresholds by location so that if a large event is approved to happen in a certain building or multiple events are already slated to take place that approaches a certain value (number of events or participants), it will not allow new space requests at that particular school?

We often run into this issue at the high school where multiple large events get scheduled at the same time (hockey tournament in the rink while homecoming is happening and we are testing kids for SATs) and create strain on resources but no one person is necessarily aware of the larger conflicts that can arise with so many separate events happening simultaneously on campus. This would be valuable for internal activities as well so we don't stretch ourselves too thin.
