New COI document upload notification

Currently we only receive notification when new additional files are uploaded to group profiles. We need to retain records of past COIs in order to protect against any claims submitted that predate the current COI policy period. Since the group manager could upload a new COI at any given time we have to manually verify that the COI upload is accurate anytime a new request is entered. Also, currently we note when a policy is expiring and manually save the COI to the additional files so when a new COI is entered we do not lose the old one, but this would not be effective if the group is proactive and replaced the file with the new policy information. Can we get a feature that helps us with our record retention needs for these risk transfer documents?

    I have experienced losing a current insurance document when the user group uploaded the new one early. It would be great if the documents could be kept and only an admin can delete them. Each time the user uploads, it's at the top of the list and all previous ones are right there below it. So, basically there should be no limit to how many documents can be uploaded to the account.
