Separate Add Space/Date feature from manage district settings

Currently if you'd like to be able to add spaces and dates to an existing request you need to have the Manage District Settings permission. Instead of having that ability be locked under that setting it should be moved to edit requests permission....

Send email notifications to certain Users when Requests are Denied

When a Facility Use Request is denied, certain individuals (besides the requester) would like to be notified via email about this denied request.

Block individual Users from making requests on specific buildings

To have the ability to block individual users from putting in an event at specific buildings. Not all Users in a Classification need to be blocked so this request would be for blocking the individual user rather then the entire Classification.

Separate Calendar Report from View All Reports

A Permission dedicated to viewing just the Calendar Report so that Users don't have access to all reports.

We would like separate settings for bypassing minimum and maximum days.
